3. Nature of the Service

Our platform acts as a data-routing and intake synchronization tool for legal professionals. We facilitate the connection between consumers and legal professionals. Any relationship formed is strictly between those parties; Osmet LLC (dba LawyerMatch) is not a party to, and has no liability for, any such relationship or the legal services provided.

4. Referral & Service Fees

Osmet LLC receives compensation from the legal professionals and firms participating in the LawyerMatch network. This compensation is paid for software access and data routing services. This may influence the prioritization of certain professionals on the platform.
